SMPS Manufacturer
SMPS Manufacturers
We collaborate with two ISO-certified, progressive, and high-quality production facilities: Syrma SGS in India, our business partner since 2011, and Kuantech co. ltd (Ktec) in Cambodia since 2020. This dual-location setup provides clients with the advantage of risk diversification through geographically distributed production, making it an ideal solution for companies seeking reliable, large-scale power supply manufacturing capabilities.
Both factories undergo UL inspections every quarter. This ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations set by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). These two production facilities include the following production disciplines:
- Metal Fabrication
- Inductive Component Assembly
- Wiring Assemblies
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturing and Assembly
- Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) Placement, including both automatic and manual methods
Our production facilities are responsible for overall production management. Final assembly, hi-pot testing, burn-in, and final testing activities are conducted on-site. Production travel cards and final test data are retained for a minimum of five years. Additionally, all material sources for each individual power supply are fully traceable.
RoHS
Our products have been designed and manufactured in compliance with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and amending Directive (EU)2015/863.
ISO Certified Production facilties.
Both production facilities hold essential ISO certifications, which are kept up to date to ensure high standards of quality and reliability in our manufacturing processes. The following ISO certifications are among those held:
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems that ensures consistent delivery of products and services while enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
